Desert False Indigo is a common landscaping plant. It can grow up to 10 to 15 feet. As a member of the Fabaceae family native to the U.S., it provides not only ground cover and supports wildlife, but provides nitrogen-fixing support. Easy to care for. Landscapers often will cut it to the ground every year and it will regrow from the roots to 2' or 3', flower and go to seed.
